If you regret your purchase! (right of cancellation) ?
You’ve got 60 days of regretting from the day you receive your jewellery/jewelleries when you shop at Marjoe.
This is what you shall do when you return to us:
For the right of cancellation to be valid the jewellery has to be unused. You may, of course, unpack the jewellery and try it but you just have to return it in the same condition. So therefore, the right of cancellation disappears if the jewellery is used in a way where it can be seen and the jewellery loses its sales value.

If you want to return your jewellery send it back to us and ask for a refund (to your credit card). Then you can make your new purchase - this will also boost the delivery time. You are also welcome to ask us to exchange for another item.
Note: When exchanging rings to another size check out the item card if it is in stock first. If you can see it in the size chooser it is in stock.
Please note that Marjoe do not cover the costs of returning unless the return is due to an error on our part. Then Marjoe of course cover your costs associated with the return (common letter).
Should you regret buying the jewellery, you will definitely receive the same amount you have paid. The refund will be made to the same card used for the order or to your bank account if you transferred the funds to us. This happens immediately after we have received and accepted the returned jewellery. – If you have got the jewellery engraved there will be no there will be no compensation for the engraving, only the jewellery.
This is what shall be sent back:

- Note! Packages sent by cash on delivery we do not receive.
- Should there be an error or something wrong with jewellery (warranty)?
When buying jewellery on Marjoe 24 months warranty applies. This means then that you can get the jewelry repaired, exchanged, refund, or a reduction in price. this depends on the individual situation.
It also goes without saying that your complaint is justified and that the defect has not been made through wear and tear, that the product has been used incorrectly, or because of violent behaviour.

It is only with the purpose to ship you the order that we store your information.
We keep your personal information for 5 years, after which they are deleted, and when personal information is collected through our website we ensure that it is always done with your approval, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

- We do not store customer information encrypted.
- We do not transmit encrypted customer information.
Information provided to Marjoe is absolutely in no way passed on or sold to a third party nor do we register private information.
Once you are registered with Marjoe you have the right to make your objection to this registration. You also got the right to inspect the information recorded about you. The Privacy Act secures these rights and request concerning the topic is addressed to Marjoe via email email@example.com
